In order to be eligible for a return, the hair extensions must meet the following criteria:

  • The hair extensions must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • The packaging of the hair extensions must be intact and undamaged.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

If you wish to return hair extensions, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

  5. Package the hair extensions securely, including all original packaging and any accessories that were included.
  6. Affix the provided return shipping label to the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned hair extensions and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for hair extensions. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Additionally, any hair extensions that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be accepted for return.
